Please bring all documents completely filled out except for your signature
Valid government-issued ID such as driver's license, student id, state id, passport etc.
If the document to be signed requires witnesses, bring someone with you if possible - or, we can usually provide witnesses if we know ahead of time - but there will be an extra charge.
I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document, instruct you on how to complete a document or advise you in any way. To do so would be to engage in the unauthorized practice of law and could include legal penalties and the possibility of incarceration and loss of my state notary commission.
Important questions regarding your document should be directed to an attorney, lending company or other initiating entity of the document(s).
